Oscar Nominations 2025 full list: Emilia Pérez scores 13 nods, Priyanka Chopra-backed Anuja gets nomination

Oscar Nominations 2025: The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has finally announced the much-awaited nominations for Oscars 2025. The announcement of the 97th Academy Awards nominations was delayed multiple times due to the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles. Originally scheduled for January 17, the nominations were revealed on January 23 by actor-writer-comedians Rachel Sennott and Bowen Yang during a live-streamed event. The Oscars, set to take place on March 2 at the Dolby Theatre, will be hosted by Conan O’Brien, who also lost his Pacific Palisades home to the wildfires.

As for the nominations, while Emilia Pérez has emerged as the frontrunner with 13 nods, Wicked and The Brutalist have scored 10 nominations each. Meanwhile, Priyanka Chopra, Guneet Monga and Mindy Kaling-backed Anuja secured a nomination in the Best Live Action Short Film category.
